MBBS Selection Criteria and Eligibility for Indian Students

  • Candidate should be at least 17 years of age. 
  • Entrance Examination or Candidates passing recognized Entrance Test of concern year of MBBS program in their respective country or internationally recognized test (NEET), will be eligible for admission in the respective program. 
  • Candidate must have completed 10+2 years of education or equivalent with English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as main subjects and he/she must have passed in all these subjects, securing not less than 50% of marks in each subject and also obtain an aggregate of 50% overall.
  • Indian students seeking to study MBBS in Nepal must submit Eligibility certificate issued by the Medical council of India(MCI).

  • Marksheets of 10th and 10+2
  • School Leaving certification
  • Certification of Conduct
  • Proof of Nationality (suppporting documents: Aadhar card, PAN card, voter ID card, or any other valid ID proof like passport)
  • NEET scorecard result (*mandatory)
  • Valid Indian Passport (VISA is not required for Indian students in Nepal)
  • The university or the college might ask for other documents that should be submitted at the time of admission.
